The "Growth Blueprint" scanning tool provided on this website is a heuristic, surface-level diagnostic instrument. It is provided "as is" without warranties of absolute accuracy. We are not liable for any business decisions made based solely on the automated outputs of this scanner. Complex infrastructures require manual engineering audits.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape.
